Co-Founder & Partner, Mr. Muanda considers himself as a window, in fact a very tiny window, that always opens when the doors have all been closed. He has previously worked as the Executive Trainer, then as Manager of the Professional Training Department (PTD) of Friendina College in 2021. He also managed the Operations as well as the Human Resource of Friendina College before his promotion and nomination as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective December 6, 2022.

Founder of XTRM Group and co-founder of Friendina College, Mr. Muanda holds a degree in Business Administration from Brigham Young University-Idaho (BYUI).
