ELP Meetings

Ladies and gentlemen,

Last Saturday, June 3rd, 2023, in Lubumbashi, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, our CEO, David Muanda, launched the in-person gatherings as part of the English language training program for the second cohort of the Equity Leaders Program (ELP) scholars by EquityBCDC. These meetings will be held every Saturday, for the next 4 months, and will be led by Méschac Kabange, Executive Trainer & Coach at Friendina College.

Attending this launching meeting was also Fidelia Soat, the Head of Agency Banking & Social Investment at EquityBCDC, South Region, who was very happy of the initiative and urged the attendees to make the best off of this training that will surely change their lives. EquityBCDC is a key partner of Friendina College in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and this meeting was requested by its ELP Leadership Team, and we are happy to have made it happen.
