David Muanda

Ladies and gentlemen,

We are pleased to announce an important and exciting development within our company. After a comprehensive and thorough search process, the Board of Directors has nominated David Muanda as the Chief Executive Officer of Friendina College, effective May 6, 2022.

The Board of Directors and its Chairman, Ezechiel Kasaka, are confident that Mr. Muanda is the right leader for the next phase of Friendina College’s journey. With his leadership, we are excited about the future and the opportunities ahead. We are committed to continuing our path of growth, innovation, and excellence.

Who is David Muanda?

Board Member and Co-Founder of Friendina College, Mr. Muanda brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of leadership and innovation to this top management position. With over 5 years of professional experience in the education, professional training, and business coaching industries, he has has previously worked as the Head of the Executive Training Department and the Human Resource Manager & Business Partner before this nomination. David Muanda is known for his strategic vision, ability to drive growth, and commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Young entrepreneur, Mr. Muanda is actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Applied Business Management from the University Brigham Young-Idaho (BYUI) and has earned a Certificate from BYU Pathway Worldwide and a Certificate in QGIS Mapping and Visual Presentation from WHO and UNOCHA. Additionally, he currently works in the Democratic Republic of the Congo as Chief Operating Officer of RM Corporation in Lubumbashi; and has previously worked for Rawbank in Kananga as Payroll Agent, ASRAMES in Goma as Administrative Assistant, and CADIMEK in Kananga as Consultant. He has voluntarily served as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Republic of Kenya.
