We congratulate the Congolese people on your December 20, 2023 elections that were peaceful and led to the victory of President Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo who was reelected for a second term as the 5th President of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, which is a testament to the continued trust and confidence that you have placed in his leadership and vision for the future.
